Heeeeey
Yeah.. I’m no longer a teenager :( Friday 15
th I turned 20.... Im old and it sucks! Haha no I guess its no diffrence =) Anyways, to celibrate my birthday I went shopping with frankie for cloths to me, myself, and I! It was great but I spent all my money way too fast.. thats unusual... or maybe not...But I found really good stuff! Jeans, boots, ear-rings, and we had a great time =)
After a good day in the mall we went to Los Andes to visit Frankies parents. Its 40 minutes away from here, closer to the mountains. They had bought me a cake and some presents! So we had “tea-time” with tea, avacado, cake and presents! It was very nice! Her uncle was there too, with his wife and 2 sons. So I got to meet the whole family and noone beside Frankie, and her sister carol a little bit, could speak english, so Frankie translated everything for me! It worked out pretty good!
The next day we ate breakfast, then we did nothing, and then we ate a big lunch with the whole family. We ate empenadaz, ensalada a la chilena, anticucho, and som dry peach stuff with corn for dessert, and we drank piscosour, mangosour, piscola and chicha and beer and some wine with fruits (not so tasty...) Everything was very typical for chile and september 18
th. After all the food,we all needed a nap, or mabye some tv or pool first, and after tha tit was “tea time” and more food. After teatime they teached me how to play “dudo”. Its a game with dices or whatever they are called and you’re supposed to gues how many fives or sixes or fours or whatever, there are on the table. It’s fun when you win and I won a lot haha =) The next day it was kinda the same thing, sometimes new guest arrived, other cousins or neighbours from the beach house, but besides from that it was pretty much the same, we ate and we slept all day long =)Sunday we took a short walk at least, to a street down the road where they sold everything from old shoes to ovens to... I don’t know what.. everything! And Monday afternoon we went to a “Ramada”. It’s like this big house in the middle of nowhere almost, so noone can hear you and they can play music as much as they want. There you can dance and buy drinks and party. Frankie didn’t feel good so I went with her 2 sisters and their boyfriends. Below the house there was a big rugby field where you could fly a kite. It´s always very windy here september 18th to its very common that they fly kites this weekend. So we did that. It was fun but my drake crashed all the time haha, I sucked! We danced for a little bit, Carolina’s boyfriend tried to teach me the “typical dance” haha but I don’t think I was too good at it. After a while the place was almost empty and dead so we went back home to frankie and played som “dudo”.Monday we went to see a rodeo. I didn’t like it that much... I just felt bad for the cow.. but i guess it was fun to watch, just for this one time, but now I’ve seen it once and I don’t think I will watch it that many times again...
It was a very nice weekend and now its time for Atlas Copco! =) I wonder what to wear...
